1. Flexible pricing<\/h3>

Bookings made with a flexible rate can be cancelled or changed free of charge within the following deadlines:<\/p>

  • Free cancellation up to 5 days before date of arrival<\/strong> (deadline: 6pm local time)<\/p><\/li>

  • After this period, the amount of the first night<\/strong> will be billed.<\/p><\/li>

  • In the event of a \"no show\", 100 % of booked stay<\/strong> will be billed.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

    2. Non-refundable \/ promotional rates<\/h3>

    Bookings made with a non-refundable or promotional rate benefit from an advantageous price in return for the following conditions:<\/p>

    • No refunds, changes or cancellations possible<\/strong><\/p><\/li>

    • The total cost of the stay is charged at time of booking<\/strong><\/p><\/li>

    • In the event of cancellation or no-show, no refund will be made<\/strong><\/p><\/li><\/ul>

      3. Shortened stays or early departure<\/h3>

      Any stay begun is due in full.
      In the event of early departure, any unused nights are not reimbursed<\/strong>.<\/p>

      4. Modifying a reservation<\/h3>

      • For any modification request (dates, number of people...), please contact us as soon as possible by email or phone.<\/p><\/li>

      • Modifications are possible subject to availability<\/strong> and according to price conditions<\/strong> applicable.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

        5. Cancellation linked to a reservation via a partner site<\/h3>

        If your reservation was made via an online booking site (Booking.com, Expedia, etc.):<\/p>

        • Cancellation conditions specific to this site apply.<\/strong><\/p><\/li>

        • Any request for cancellation or modification must be made to directly to the site concerned<\/strong><\/p><\/li><\/ul>

          6. Force majeure<\/h3>

          In the event of an exceptional event beyond your control (natural disaster, confinement, administrative closure of the hotel, etc.):<\/p>
