1. Flexible pricing
Bookings made with a flexible rate can be cancelled or changed free of charge within the following deadlines:
Free cancellation up to 5 days before date of arrival (deadline: 6pm local time)
After this period, the amount of the first night will be billed.
In the event of a "no show", 100 % of booked stay will be billed.
2. Non-refundable / promotional rates
Bookings made with a non-refundable or promotional rate benefit from an advantageous price in return for the following conditions:
No refunds, changes or cancellations possible
The total cost of the stay is charged at time of booking
In the event of cancellation or no-show, no refund will be made
3. Shortened stays or early departure
Any stay begun is due in full.
In the event of early departure, any unused nights are not reimbursed.
4. Modifying a reservation
For any modification request (dates, number of people...), please contact us as soon as possible by email or phone.
Modifications are possible subject to availability and according to price conditions applicable.
5. Cancellation linked to a reservation via a partner site
If your reservation was made via an online booking site (Booking.com, Expedia, etc.):
Cancellation conditions specific to this site apply.
Any request for cancellation or modification must be made to directly to the site concerned
6. Force majeure
In the event of an exceptional event beyond your control (natural disaster, confinement, administrative closure of the hotel, etc.):
